I have taken my cars and trucks here for over 12 years. Just recently my beloved 96 Grand Marquis developed AC problems. Not only did they diagnose and fix the easy problems, when they found out the automatic environment control head was not working and could not be replaced (out of production limited custom feature part) Kevin called Ford, received personalized tech notes from them, then torn down the control head and re-soldered the connections to get them to function!
