Not once, in dozens of visits have the personnel at Westerville Automotive been anything but professional, fair, and efficient. I have never (in 60 years of driving) encountered a finer automotive servicing facility. As an example, my 1999 Jeep Cherokee has had an elusive rattle in the rear for sometime. Westerville Automotive has tried to remedy it, and, on today's visit, pinned it down to a shock absorber on which the valve had failed. Four new shocks had been installed by them about ten months ago. Not only did they replace the bad shock, they replaced its partner...both at no charge. Problem solved...and solved with a good bit of effort on their part to find the problem and solved cheerfully. Nowhere else I have done business would have been as patient and diligent in seeking the origin of this problem. Westerville Automotive is just plain the best there is! - Robert F.

I first encountered staff at the old Maple Canyon Gulf station (now defunct) on the NE side. At a time that I was destitute, they got my work clunker up and running with a little labor at around $40 when a neighboring business wanted more than nine hundred of my hard-earned dollars to instead install new parts. I've used this shop for around two decades to follow because I have found them to be consistently forthcoming and honest. Their work may cost a little more than the jiffy-service place, but if Westerville Automotive does it, I am confident that the work is needed and that they will stand behind it.
