Have you ever wondered if a business stands behind their stated warranty? WESTERVILLE AUTOMOTIVE at south State Street does! Recently ( 6 months) had a power steering pump replaced on my Ford Focus. Yesterday took it back for same problem. They replaced pump without hesitation! Worked it in that day. Got an auto problem - Give Westerville Auto a call!

I was really pleased with the service I received at Westerville Automotive. I brought my Hummer H3 in to have it repaired. The guys did a great job finding the problem, fixing it and not gouging me for things more than I needed. Tried this location, and they could fit me in if I dropped off the car. This was same day service for brakes on both axles. They really came through when I was on a time crunch. Westerville Automotive has to be one of the best, if not the best, auto repair company going today. I have been a customer for many years and have always been treated fairly and with respect. The service I have received from them is simply the greatest. I recently brought my Ford Ranger in because it had a problem with the tires, (whining and vibrations). They fixed the problem. I thought It would be a good idea to have the tires balanced to make the ride even better and took it to where I have the tires maintained. Of course this totally messed up the work Westerville Automotive did. I took my truck back to Westerville Automotive a few days later to have the tires brought back to the correct arrangement. They performed the work for me at no charge, even though I caused the problem the second time. In todays world it is extremely rare for a company to have such integrity. I will forever be a customer of theirs and will highly recommend them to any who need a dependable auto shop.

Phenomenal service and a truly great experience from start to finish with the team here at Westerville Automotive. They were a referral to me for tires on my truck and from the first phone call to setting the appointment to having the work done has been very impressive. We stopped in with a 2009 Honda CRV with an engine light on. They were busy but we were told they would look at it as soon as they could.
