I took my family on a road trip to the West Coast. 16 days, 17 states and almost 6,000 miles. About 1,000 miles were up and down 7-15% grades, either in 3rd gear to get up or in 2nd gear engine braking down until you could smell the brakes. About 25 miles horizontal and 1 mile vertical from Dillon, Colorado to the Eisenhower (you can't make me call it Johnson) Tunnel in 3rd gear and the gauges never moved! I had to add gasoline and wash the windows in my 2002 Chevy Suburban that started the trip with 129,000 miles and a fresh oil change. They are VERY fair, never try to sell you something you don't need and get the job done quickly. I've had 3 experiences w/ this shop and I was nothing short of impressed with them. I'm the kind of person who prefers to do my own work. But not everything can be done in a driveway. So when I don't have the time or tools to fix something I take it to the North Westerville shop.  The first time I took my wife's civic there was to get an alignment after I replaced some suspension parts. She needed her car back the next day and they managed to work it into the schedule. 

The second trip I made to see the guys was when I ran into an issue installing a lift kit on my truck. The stud on the top plate of my strut broke loose and I couldn't get the nuts off. Knowing I needed a spring compressor to completely resolve the issue I called the shop and they had my truck back on the road the next day.

Once the lift kit was installed I had several discount tire shops tell me they wouldn't align my truck because of the very basic lift I had on it. I spoke with Doug at the North Westerville store and ordered a set of 33" Goodyear Duratracs. They were installed and aligned within a day and my truck rides perfectly. 

The moral of the story is this: If I can't do it myself, this is the only shop I trust to get it right. - Travis S.
